These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MIARUNA website and the purchase of products offered through miaruna.com.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

MIARUNA offers handcrafted leather bags, wallets and accessories, including unique ready-made pieces and products created or personalised according to individual customer specifications.

PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE NATURE

All MIARUNA products are handcrafted individually using carefully selected leather and other materials.

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the natural characteristics of leather, slight variations in colour, texture, grain, stitching and embroidery may occur. These variations are not considered defects but are part of the unique character of each piece.

Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and screen settings.

Each MIARUNA piece is created with attention to detail and may differ slightly from another piece, making every creation unique.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the MIARUNA website are shown in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated.

The final price of the product will be clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

Any applicable delivery charges or other additional costs will be shown separately before the customer completes the purchase.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.

An order is considered confirmed after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation from MIARUNA.

ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

By placing an order through the MIARUNA website, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate and that you have reviewed the product details, price, delivery information and these Terms & Conditions.

After an order is placed, MIARUNA will send an electronic confirmation acknowledging receipt of the order.

Orders are subject to successful payment and acceptance by MIARUNA. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible and any payment already received for that order will be refunded.

MIARUNA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, including an obvious pricing or product information error, suspected fraudulent activity, inability to obtain payment, or inability to fulfil the order.

Customers are responsible for checking the information provided when placing an order, including the delivery address and contact details, and should contact MIARUNA as soon as possible if an error is discovered.

CUSTOM & PERSONALISED ORDERS

MIARUNA offers custom-made and personalised pieces created according to the customer’s individual preferences and specifications.

Customisation may include, but is not limited to, the choice of leather, colour, dimensions, embroidery, symbols, initials, hardware, lining or other individual design details.

Before production begins, the main specifications of the custom order, the price and any relevant production details will be agreed with the customer.

The customer is responsible for reviewing and confirming the agreed specifications. Once production of a custom-made or personalised item has begun, changes may not always be possible and may result in additional costs or an adjustment to the estimated completion time. Any such changes will be discussed and agreed with the customer before proceeding.

Due to their individual nature, products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal applicable to eligible ready-made products.

This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights where a custom-made or personalised item is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the specifications agreed when the order was placed.

As every MIARUNA piece is handcrafted, reasonable variations inherent to natural leather and handmade production may occur, as described in the PRODUCTS AND HANDMADE NATURE section above.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

MIARUNA ships orders to the destinations available during checkout. Available shipping methods, delivery charges and any applicable delivery restrictions will be displayed before the customer completes the order.

Ready-made items will be prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible after the order has been confirmed.

For custom-made and personalised items, the estimated production and dispatch time will be agreed with the customer according to the complexity of the individual order.

Estimated delivery times provided by MIARUNA or the shipping carrier are indicative and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or other unforeseen events.

Where a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed with the customer, MIARUNA will use that agreed delivery period.

If no specific delivery time has been agreed, the order will be delivered without undue delay and, where applicable consumer law requires, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract.

If MIARUNA becomes aware that an order cannot be delivered within the agreed or legally applicable period, the customer will be contacted as soon as reasonably possible to agree on an appropriate solution.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information when placing the order.

Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges applicable to international deliveries will be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the destination and will be clearly communicated where MIARUNA is legally required to collect or disclose them.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, withdrawals and refunds are subject to the MIARUNA Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

For eligible ready-made products purchased online, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the day the item is received, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the standard right of withdrawal. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to the agreed specifications.

Where the right of withdrawal applies, the customer must inform MIARUNA of the decision to withdraw within the applicable withdrawal period and return the goods in accordance with the instructions provided in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Unless MIARUNA has agreed to bear the return cost or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning an eligible item.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on the MIARUNA website, including but not limited to the MIARUNA name, logo, monogram, original product designs, embroidery designs and patterns, symbolic compositions, photographs, graphics, texts, visual materials and other original creative content, is owned by MIARUNA or used with appropriate permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MIARUNA original product designs, embroidery compositions, patterns and other creative elements may not be copied, reproduced, modified, manufactured, distributed, sold, published or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from MIARUNA.

Purchasing a MIARUNA product does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the design, embroidery, pattern, artwork or other creative elements embodied in that product.

Customers may photograph and share their MIARUNA pieces for personal, non-commercial purposes. Where appropriate, attribution to MIARUNA is appreciated.

Nothing on this website may be used in a manner that falsely suggests an association with, endorsement by or authorship of MIARUNA.

LIABILITY

MIARUNA takes reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur. Where an error materially affects an order, MIARUNA will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible to agree on an appropriate solution.

MIARUNA is not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including significant carrier disruptions, customs delays, natural events, governmental measures, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for following any care instructions supplied with MIARUNA products. MIARUNA cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, inappropriate cleaning or treatment, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or normal wear and tear.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

GOVERNING LAW & CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms & Conditions and contracts concluded through the MIARUNA website are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply to the customer under the laws of their country of habitual residence.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or another jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protection rights, nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to deprive you of rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited by agreement.

MIARUNA will seek to resolve any questions, complaints or disputes directly with the customer in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

MIARUNA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, website functionality, applicable law or other relevant circumstances.

Any updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date indicated.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to an order that was already concluded before the updated version took effect, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
